Heidi Obermann is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in Clayton. She attended St. Louis University and received a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics in 1989. After working as a Dietitian in a local Center of Excellence, Heidi joined forces with HealthCare Recruiters International as an Account Executive focusing in medical and pharmaceutical sales recruiting and placement services.

Heidi quickly differentiated herself by placing in the top 5% of the sales organization for four years consecutively while remaining the youngest account executive in the company. In 1994, she left the firm and opened Medical Recruiters Incorporated with business partner Denise Wottowa.

Today, Heidi continues to rank in the top 10% of First Interview Network, receiving Individual Excellence Awards for outstanding sales performance from 1995 through 2008.
